When a three-judge panel of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals at St. Louis unanimously holds the Watson Chapel School District violated students’ rights to free speech, it’s time for the district’s directors to decide if they want to keep spending taxpayer money for another appeal to the full court.
